James is the founder of SE Rigging Ltd and leads the delivery of all rigging operations across the business.

With a strong background in the events, film and production industries, James has built extensive experience working on a wide range of projects involving working at height, lifting operations and complex rigging installations.

He is responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations. His hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure that every project is delivered to the highest standard.

James is committed to maintaining a safety-first culture, with a strong focus on compliance, planning and professional execution across all projects.

Jordan Williams, Director/Operations & Client delivery

Jordan Williams

Director – Operations & Client Delivery

Jordan plays a key role in the day-to-day running and development of SE Rigging Ltd, supporting both operational delivery and client coordination.

Working closely with clients, contractors and suppliers, Jordan helps ensure projects are well organised, efficiently managed and delivered smoothly from start to finish.

Her role includes supporting project planning, managing communications, and helping maintain the high standards SE Rigging is known for.

Jordan is focused on building strong client relationships and ensuring every project is delivered with a professional, reliable and client-focused approach.
